Timed Trading

Stop Guessing. Start Timing.

A session-aware scoring and lifecycle system for retail traders and long-horizon investors — from graded setups through trim and exit, with an optional path from paper ledger to broker mirror.

Speaker notes Open with the problem of timing (not more charts). One sentence on what ships today: live product on Cloudflare, dual Investor/Trader surfaces, public simulation ledger. Defer metrics to Slide 12 placeholders.
Slide 2

The Problem

Retail traders and self-directed investors are drowning in tools that show what moved — not what to do next.

  • Screeners and chat rooms produce noise without a staged plan (enter → hold → trim → exit).
  • Most "signals" ignore session context (regular hours vs extended, holidays, early closes).
  • Paper models and live accounts rarely stay in sync; execution trust is an afterthought.
  • Long-horizon and swing decisions live in different products, so the book fragments.

One-line: The gap is not data. The gap is timed, accountable decisions.

Speaker notes Empathize without promising alpha. Contrast "another dashboard" vs "a system that names the next step." Keep regulatory posture clear: educational / informational, not RIA advice (Slide 14).
Slide 3

Solution

Timed Trading fuses multi-timeframe market structure into one clear call per ticker: enter, hold, trim, or exit — with levels and a ledger that shows wins and losses.

How it works (product loop, every ~5 minutes in RTH):

  1. Universe — curated TT Selected sleeve + subscriber-added names; continuous bar/price feed.
  2. Score — 0–100 across eight timeframes; conviction, rank, dual Trader / Investor classification.
  3. Decide — kanban lanes + AI CIO gate on core entries (approve / block with recorded reason).
  4. Manage — stops, multi-tier take-profits, trims, trails; every transition logged.

Market data powered by Twelve Data (primary price / quote / history provider).

Speaker notes Emphasize lifecycle over "buy alerts." Mention Twelve Data for licensing credibility. Proof page is the honesty device: public simulation ledger, not a curated highlight reel.
Slide 4

Product Surface (Journey)

Authenticated product is journey-based (not a single kitchen-sink dashboard):

SurfaceRole
TodayDaily brief, market pulse, what the model is watching
Active TraderSwing kanban: Setup → Enter → Hold / Defend → Trim → Exit
InvestorLonger-horizon board: On Radar → Queued → Entered → Core Hold → Reduce → Exited
PortfolioThree books — Short Term, Long Term, Day Trader — equity curves, opens, P&L calendar
InsightsModel analysis / CIO watchlist context

Public funnel: Splash → Learn → Proof → 14-day trial → Pro.

Speaker notes Walk the dual persona: swing trader wants lanes and grades; investor wants discipline without staring at screens all day. Portfolio unifies short/long/day-trade sleeves under one account story.
Slide 5

Scores, Timing, and Lanes

Differentiation starts in the score, not the UI chrome.

  • Eight timeframes (intraday through monthly) → score, conviction tier, R-multiple, setup grade (0–10 on core / paper-family entries).
  • Session-aware price and change semantics (RTH vs extended hours; holiday / early-close aware). Headline and movers respect session — extended prints do not silently overwrite the RTH story.
  • Active Trader play families include Cloud Pivot and related setups; Index Swings (LETF) nest under the short-term book.
  • Index day-trade lane — options on major indices with minute-fresh scoring for lean / call-vs-put, separate Day Trader portfolio sleeve.
  • Daily / weekend briefs and Discord alert paths for opted-in Pro / VIP / Admin.
Speaker notes "Timed" is literal: NY-session gates on entry/reduce windows, RTH-aware broker fractionals, freshness stamps on quotes. Day-trade and swing share infrastructure but have distinct risk books and clocks.
Slide 6

Broker Mirror (Execution Path)

Signals without an execution path are entertainment. Timed Trading is building the path from model book → broker sleeve.

CapabilityStatus (honest)
Paper / simulation ledgerLive — public Proof + in-app Portfolio
Broker bridge worker (tt-broker-bridge)Live — multi-adapter
WebullProduction mirror path (equity + options day-trade / investor reducers)
IBKR / RobinhoodAdapter surface present; treat as part of the bridge roadmap depth, not "all brokers equal today"
E*TRADEScaffold — connect / planner work; live trading blocked on OAuth renew design
Partner tenantsProvisioned mirror into a partner's own accounts with isolation

Mirror design goals: relational sizing to account equity, fail-closed reads, coverage monitors (model vs broker), partner fan-out without mixing books.

Speaker notes Position mirror as the wedge toward "decision → action" SaaS, not as a finished custody product. Stress tenant isolation for partners. Do not claim universal broker support.
Slide 7

Market / Why Now

  • Retail brokerage APIs and OpenAPI programs make mirror sync commercially reachable for indie products that used to stop at Discord alerts.
  • Edge compute (Cloudflare Workers + Durable Objects + D1/KV) makes a always-on scoring clock affordable without a traditional trading-desk stack.
  • Retail still lacks a credible lifecycle system with a public ledger — trust is the scarce resource after years of signal-channel fatigue.
  • Dual-horizon demand: same subscriber often needs swing timing and longer-term accumulation rules.
Speaker notes Keep TAM qualitative unless founder supplies numbers. Frame competitors as screeners, newsletter signals, and generic charting — not as fake peer comps with invented market share.

Differentiation

DimensionTypical toolTimed Trading
OutputLists / charts / chatStaged call + levels + lane
TimeStatic or EODSession-aware, RTH/ETH aware
ProofScreenshotsLive public simulation ledger
HorizonsTrader or investor appDual modes, one engine
ExecutionManual copy-tradePaper → broker mirror path
GovernanceOpaque modelAI CIO gate + decision records / learning queue

Moat thesis (qualitative): compounding operational IP — scoring contracts, session semantics, setup grades, fail-closed mirror coverage — not a single indicator.

Speaker notes Moat is systems engineering + trading ops discipline. Avoid "AI-powered" as the headline; AI CIO is a gate, not the product.
Slide 9

Business Model / Tiers

Honest access model (code + product policy):

TierWhoWhat they get
AnonymousNot signed inMarketing, Learn, Proof, FAQ — no live prices or proprietary scores
MemberSigned in, never completed Stripe paywall (code tier free)Account shell; live prices and proprietary scores redacted
ProPaid subscriptionFull platform: live prices, scores, SL/TP, journey pages, briefs
VIPComped Pro-class accessSame product entitlements as Pro; billing handled outside normal Stripe charge
AdminOperatorFull access + Mission Control

Published Pro commercial terms (splash / FAQ):

  • 14-day free trial → $60 / month
  • Cancel anytime; annual plan not offered today
  • Splash framing for Pro: Active Trader + Investor, full platform as features ship

Not claimed here: ARR, churn, paid seats, LTV, CAC — [FOUNDER FILL].

Speaker notes Clarify Member vs Pro carefully so investors do not hear "freemium with full data." Member is a signed-in non-payer; the paid product is Pro. VIP is ops/comps, not a separate SKU story unless founder wants one.
Slide 10

Go-to-Market

Current / near-term levers (capability-based, not vanity funnels):

  1. Proof-led conversion — public ledger → trial → Pro ($60/mo).
  2. Content / education — Learn walkthrough, FAQ, Daily Brief, Weekend Desk for opted-in Pro.
  3. Community / Discord — trade and system channels for engaged subscribers.
  4. Partner mirror onboarding — provisioned broker connections for trusted partners (tenant-isolated).
  5. Distribution upside — [FOUNDER FILL: creators, RIA-adjacent education partners, brokerage BD — none assumed].
Speaker notes GTM is product-led with proof. Partner mirror is a wedge for power users / capital intros, not mass-market PLG yet.
Slide 11

Roadmap / Where It Can Go

Near → medium (directionally true to the codebase; not a committed ship calendar):

ThemeDirection
Trust spineDecision records, feed health, execution coverage — ladder toward safer autonomy
Learning loopsOperator-approved proposals from trade outcomes (not silent auto-mutate)
Broker depthHarden Webull path; advance IBKR / Robinhood / E*TRADE where OAuth and ops allow
Lane qualitySetup-grade and catalog discipline; day-trade / index-swing risk gates
Surface polishVerda design-system migration page-by-page
Commercial[FOUNDER FILL: annual plan, team seats, API, white-label — only if real]
Speaker notes Pitch "where it can go" as expansion of an already-running engine, not a greenfield demo. Autonomy stays operator-gated.

The Ask (Team-Ready)

Primary ask: [FOUNDER FILL: capital amount / instrument / use of funds]

Suggested use-of-funds buckets (edit to match the raise):

BucketIntent
Product / engineeringScoring reliability, mirror coverage, broker adapters
Market data & infraTwelve Data / Cloudflare headroom as universe and traffic grow
GTMProof-led growth, education content, selective partnerships
Compliance / opsTerms, tax (e.g. Stripe Tax + state filing), support capacity
Runway[FOUNDER FILL: months]

Non-capital asks that still move the company:

  • Design-partner brokers or RIAs for supervised mirror pilots
  • Introductions to operators who have scaled retail trading SaaS
  • Recruiting: [FOUNDER FILL: roles]
Speaker notes Separate capital ask from advisory asks. Be explicit what "success in 12 months" means once founder fills targets.
Slide 14

Closing / Risk & Compliance

Timed Trading is not a registered investment advisor. Scores, signals, and levels are algorithmic outputs — not personal recommendations. Trading decisions remain with the account holder.

  • Market data powered by Twelve Data.
  • Public Proof is a simulation ledger unless a slide explicitly states live brokerage results (and then only with accurate labeling).
  • Broker mirror places real orders when enabled — sizing, rejects, and session limits are first-class product risks, not footnotes.

One system for when to act — and when to wait. Stop guessing. Start timing.

Speaker notes End on trust + product reality. Invite diligence on Proof, Mission Control discipline, and mirror coverage — that is the adult conversation investors should want.
